DentalCall.in Returns & Refunds Policy

DentalCall.in is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent vendors. Products are supplied and shipped directly by the respective vendors.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product is defective on arrival.
  • The product received does not substantially match the product description.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly:

  • Medical devices with broken seals.
  • Sterile products with opened packaging.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products showing signs of use, misuse, or alteration.
  • Products returned without original packaging where applicable.

Return Request Period

Customers must notify the vendor or DentalCall.in within 7 days of delivery if they wish to request a return.

Return Approval

Return requests are subject to review by the vendor. The vendor may request photographs or additional information to assess the claim.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected by the vendor, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after acceptance of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify the vendor within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs where possible.

Vendor Responsibility

The vendor is responsible for:

  • Evaluating return requests.
  • Arranging return collection where applicable.
  • Processing approved refunds.
  • Replacing defective or incorrectly supplied products where appropriate.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may be treated as return requests and handled under this policy.
